Donations and purchases enable us to provide food to people in need. More substantial ‘emergency hampers’ are provided to families and the elderly who are not able to come to the Centre for their meals.
Fruit and Vegetable Hampers
are available to anyone once per week and may
be picked up at the Drop-in Centre
• Monday or Thursday, 9:30 – 10:00 am
Emergency Hampers
We provide emergency food hampers to families with children under 19 years of age and to those aged 60 or older who are not able to come to the Centre for meals. These hampers contain basic food needs for approximately one week. The hampers are available for pick up at the Drop-In Centre at these times:
• Monday and Thursday: 2:00 – 3:00 pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:30 – 10:30 am, 2:00 – 3:00 pm
CareCards for each family member and current proof of current address are needed.
